The Lodge of Four Seasons Cancellation Policy

Generally, our cancellation policy is as follows: you must cancel at least 72 hours prior to the day of arrival. This period may increase based on your rate or stay dates. Please refer to your email confirmation for your specific policy.

Group Block Cancellation Policy

Attendees benefiting from an organization’s group-contracted block of guest rooms must cancel their individual reservation seven (7) days prior to arrival to avoid a late cancel fee of one night’s charges including taxes and fees.

Yes, we have a number of Accessible rooms with features such as a roll-in shower. Please ask for more information when you make your reservation so we can help you choose the perfect room for your needs.

Yes, we have many restaurants, some year-round and some seasonal. They range from fine dining to casual dining by the pool. We also have a lobby bar.

Yes, we have a full-service, award-winning spa onsite, Spa Shiki.

Yes, we have a well-equipped fitness center with views of the lake. The resort fee covers access.

Besides tax, we charge a resort fee of $18 per room, per night. This fee includes use of most of the incredible amenities we have onsite, such as:

  • Incoming faxes
  • Internet in guest rooms
  • Basic wireless Internet in all public spaces and meeting space
  • Use of fitness center
  • In-room Keurig coffee makers
  • Nightly movies in our Cordoba Theatre
  • Shuttle service to Lodge amenities – Marina, Avila, and Golf
  • Self-parking
  • Boat trailer parking

We welcome dogs. There is a one-time pet fee of $75 + tax. Up to two are allowed per room. The weight restriction is up to 25 pounds. Please let us know when you make your reservation that you’ll be bringing your dog so we can place you in a pet-friendly room. Additional pet fees will be charged if you do not tell us you have a pet staying in the room.

Yes! We are a family owned resort and welcome our guests of all ages. Kids stay free! Up to 2 children stay free when using existing bedding. Rollaway beds are available for $20.00 per stay. Cribs and mini fridges may be available. Please ask at the front desk.
