The Lodge of Four Seasons Cancellation Policy

Generally, our cancellation policy is as follows: you must cancel at least 72 hours prior to the first day of your reservation. This period may increase based on your rate or stay dates. Some rates are pre-paid and non-refundable. Please refer to your email confirmation for your specific policy.

Group Block Cancellation Policy

Attendees benefiting from an organization’s group-contracted block of guest rooms must cancel their individual reservation seven (7) days prior to the first day of the reservation to avoid a late-cancel fee of one night’s charges including taxes and fees.
