Get your heart pumping and burn calories in this dynamic, fast-paced aquatic fitness class—perfect for all fitness levels! Our instructors offer modifications to suit individual needs, ensuring everyone gets a great workout.
- First Half: Dive into deep water with a swim belt for cardio-focused exercises.
- Second Half: Transition to the shallow end and tone up using water weights.
- Duration: 45 minutes of movement followed by a 5-minute stretch and cool down.
What to Bring: A swim belt and water weights are recommended for the best experience.
