Provides all guests with a courteous, efficient, and expeditious check-in and check-out experience.
Settle guest accounts according to the hotel’s cash handling and credit procedures.
Posts and reconciles guest room charges.
Maintains thorough knowledge of hotel facilities and services The Lodge has to offer while constantly promoting the hotel’s amenities.
Performs tasks and responsibilities as delegated by management, adhering to all departmental and hotel policies and procedures.
Demonstrates a constant positive and professional attitude toward customers and peers.
Ensures that any other needs that directly or indirectly affect your customers are met.
Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of the different room types and condo types within the property in the computer system.
Uses the customer’s name a minimum of three times during the check-in process.
Demonstrates the ability to determine the current or future availability of rooms.
Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of social guest rates and packages.
Demonstrates the correct rooming of guest/owner while ensuring all necessary information (i.e. spelling of name, address, confirmation of rate and length of stay, and method of payment of guest’s account) is obtained, and ensuring the guest we have met their requests.
