Q: When is check-in?

A: Check-in time starts at 4 PM

Q: When is check-out?

A: Check-out time is 11 AM

Q: Is The Lodge of Four Seasons family friendly?

A: Yes! We are a family owned resort and welcome our guests of all ages. Kids stay free! Up to 2 children stay free when using existing bedding. Rollaway beds are available for $20.00 per stay. Cribs and mini fridges may be available. Please ask at the front desk.

Q: Do you allow pets?

A: We welcome dogs. The pet fee is $50 per night, per dog. Up to two are allowed per room. The weight restriction is up to 25 pounds. Please let us know when you make your reservation that you’ll be bringing your dog so we can place you in a pet-friendly room.

Q: What other fees besides rate will I be paying?

A: Besides tax, we charge a resort fee of $12 per room, per night. This fee includes use of most of the incredible amenities we have onsite, such as:

Business center/computer access
Internet access
Newspaper
In-room coffee
Self parking

Q: Do you have a golf course?

A: Yes, we have three award-winning championship golf courses.

Q: Do you offer marina memberships?

A: Yes, we do. Please contact the marina to learn more.

Q: Do you have a swimming pool?

A: Yes, we have four pools, both indoor and outdoor.

Q: Do you have a fitness center?

A: Yes, we have a well-equipped fitness center with views of the lake. The resort fee covers access.

Q: Do you have spa services?

A: Yes, we have a full-service, award-winning spa onsite, Spa Shiki.

Q: Do you have restaurants?

A: Yes, we have many restaurants, some year-round and some seasonal. They range from fine dining to casual dining by the pool. We also have a lobby bar.

Q: Do you have ADA compliant rooms?

A: Yes, we have many ADA rooms with features such as a roll-in shower. Please ask for more information when you make your reservation so we can help you choose the perfect room for your needs.
